Business Client Supervisor

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program provides practical business education, access to capital, and support services to help small businesses grow and create jobs.

Act as Primary Liaison and single point of contact for small business owners, adeptly explaining and presenting procedures and service eligibility requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. Contributed to the success and sustainability of the Goldman Sachs Program, empowering small business owners and driving economic growth within our community.

Marketing Technology Coordinator

Spearheaded marketing initiatives, facilitating communication among five USC departments, and overseeing Website maintenance. I served as the primary marketing liaison, offering guidance, support, and implementation strategies across departments.

 

Managed the SciQuest procurement software, contributing to the development of USC's eProcurement system. Responsibilities extended to creating and managing online training modules, crafting content for various marketing projects, and coordinating promotional activities to enhance departmental visibility.

 

I continuously evaluate marketing efforts for efficacy, conduct research for product recommendations, and effectively interface with management, vendors, and external contacts. Furthermore, I ensure timely project delivery by managing schedules and production arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
